A Master Senior Cosmetology Instructor serving Washington DC and Maryland, Ro holds a Doctorate in Trichology and Cosmetology and is a Certified Drugless Practitioner — advanced education paired with a holistic approach to healthy hair care. Renowned for precision and creativity, she specializes in signature short pixie styles, classic pin curls, natural short quick weaves and healthy hair restoration.

Straightforward policies so every client gets a chair that runs on time.
Every booking collects a $25 deposit up front through the scheduler. Classes take a $150 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit goes toward your service — and it moves with you when you reschedule in time.
Reschedule 72+ hours before your appointment and your deposit transfers. After one reschedule, a new booking is needed.
Any cancellation is non-refundable. If you can’t make it, reschedule in time instead — your deposit moves with you.
Ro is at DiVine on the Yard in Clinton on Fridays. Every other day she’s at the DC studio on MLK Jr Ave SE.
More than 15 minutes late and you lose the appointment and the deposit. Same for a no-call no-show. Please text ahead if you’re running behind.
Please come alone — no children and no extra guests, so every client gets Ro’s full attention.
If you have flu-like symptoms, please reschedule — your deposit moves with you when you give notice.
